Before service each week, the Check-In Team will be there to
greet you and assist with checking your child in. Both you and
your child will receive a set of stickers with a matching code, also
known as a “security tag”. This sticker is what you’ll use to pick up
your child after the service. If we need to reach you for any reason,
We will give you a call via the phone number attached in our database system.

Once your child is checked in and arrives at the room printed
on their sticker, our leaders will be ready to greet your family. At
the end of service, a team member will verify that your security
tag code matches the code on your child’s tag before he/she is
released into your care. In the event of a lost sticker, we will use
your photo identification as an alternative to the security tag to
verify information and check out your child.

In Parkway Kids, we are committed to safety, and it is the heart
of our children’s ministry to make every effort to ensure the safety
and well-being of every child.

With this in mind, we do not allow anyone into our classrooms/ yard area
without a corresponding security tag. In addition, all team
members serving in a Parkway Kids area go through a screening
process and are trained in safety and security protocols
before serving.

Once in our care, a child is not allowed to be picked up by anyone
who does not have a security tag with the code that coincides with
the one on his/her sticker. If a security tag has been lost, photo
identification must be presented and matched with the guardian
information on the registered account. If a need arises or you have
any questions, please contact a staff member and they
will be happy to assist you.

Praise and Worship: 
We invite God’s presence into our lives through
praise and worship, and we want your child(ren)
to grow up experiencing the joy and benefit of worshiping Him.

Making Friends: 
God designed us for community, and we
want your kids to build healthy relationships
with other kids their age. Making friends and
growing alongside their peers is an important
part of their spiritual growth.

Memorizing God's Word: 
God tells us to hide His Word in our hearts (Psalm 119:11 NIV).
One of the most important ways we help your children build a
 biblical foundation for their lives is by filling their minds and
hearts with God’s truth through Scripture memorization.

Age Specific Learning: 
Kids have different needs at different ages,
and we want to help your child understand and learn
God’s Word at the right pace. Each year, they’ll grow by
 engaging in age-specific learning that is relevant
and engaging to them.

Consistent Small Group Leadership: 
We want your kids to look forward to seeing a familiar face at
 church each week. As they build a relationship with their Small Group Leader,
we hope they’ll share, ask questions, and feel supported and cared for as they grow in their faith.
