Blue Ridge Women’s Center improves the well-being of women and their families through their medical clinic that specializes in unplanned pregnancy, relationships, and reproductive health. Since they opened in 1984, they’ve been able to serve more than 16,000 women—all completely free of charge. They are a great alternative for mothers who may be considering abortion. Find out more at
The mission of RMHC is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well-being of children and their families. Since 1974, their goal has been to keep families together and near the care they need. Find out more at
The Military Family Service Center (MFSC) believes that any war fighter should be secure in the knowledge that while they are defending the nation or training to do so, their family is supported and provided for at home. The MFSC meets daily needs by providing for the morale, welfare, and informational needs of local military families and veterans. Find out more at
Parkway Church on the Mountain has adopted Longwood Apartments as a focus for our local outreach in this community. Our events take place every other month and all ages are invited to participate.  The team does yard work, laundry services, kids' games, serves meals, and more.
